At COVID Foundation, we are here to provide sources of financial assistance and emotional support to those affected by loss or absence. We ae committed to helping people get back on their feet, to build better lives and to remember that there is hope after loss.

Life Coaching
Our life coaching services provide personal guidance and support to help individuals reach their personal, professional, and academic goals. Our life coaches will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, set achievable goals, and develop a plan of action to reach them.
Mental Health Counseling
Our mental health counseling services are designed to help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and other mental health issues. We provide individual and group therapy to help individuals learn coping strategies, process their emotions, and develop resilience.
Practical Needs
We are committed to providing essential needs and helping to provide scholarships for education to those in need. We work in partnership with local stores to bring you the resources you require. Through this collaboration, we are able to provide essential goods while also providing scholarships if you wish to take your education to the next level.
